San Diego Vacation tips - 3 top helpful suggestions

Posted by Ninja Space Content on Monday, April 11, 2011
If you've never been to San Diego before, here are top tips for those on a budget.

1. Don't stay in downtown if you have kids. It can be expensive and the night life can be a bit much. Stay in the Old Town area or Mission Valley area instead. Rates are more affordable and it'll be more family friendly.

2. Buy attraction tickets online instead of at the gate. You usually save 5 - 10 dollars a person that way. Also, you can also save time waiting in line as well.
Buy discounted Sea World tickets.
Buy discounted San Diego Zoo tickets.
Buy discounted LEGOLAND tickets.

3. Rent a car ahead of time. San Diego is more spaced apart than you think. LEGOLAND is not next to Sea World and it's definitely not next to the Zoo. Get ready to drive a lot and also you'll want to so you can at least stop by the beach.

I hope these are helpful tips. Have a great vacation!

About Ninja Space Content

Ninja Space Content I have been building simple websites on my own since 2008 and currently run several websites at the moment, including this one. I used to be an account manager for an affiliate/e-commerce company, helping affiliates grow their sales so I have some knowledge on the business side and client side of affiliate marketing. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I completed a JavaScript coding bootcamp and graduated in Dec 2020. I've been working as a contractor for a few software companies ever since.
Note: links to resources and promoting special deals may allow me to earn a small commission from each sale.
